 Aled was talking to Roy Noble om BBC RAdio Wales , on the day CCBB was officially launched at the Millenium Centre  , and he said his next  album will be an album of Hymns ,

I did post a link to the Listen Again facility , but that has now expired .   

Because I reposted more songs below, I have deleted the content of this post by using "edit".
Why ? To prevent the post becoming umpteen pages long with highly repetitious material, which only gets longer over time.
Can I suggest we all do likewise when adding more suggestions to the list ? (that is, delete our own previous post content when posting a new suggestion here. You can only delete your own content. At the old forums you could delete the entire post but not here, it seems)  

(BTW - this site seems automatically do double spacing btwn lines.

Thanks Bev. That would be really nice to have the "old style" sometimes. I have long wished he would do another Xmas album one day: the first one contained so many beauties - its my favourite album of Aled's.

This was a thread that was started on the old Forum and I have copied the songs to put on this Forum. It was basically a list of songs which the fans wanted Aled to record for his next album, and I just thought that I would carry this on.

I don't know what style/theme Aled plans for his next album - pop songs, originals, covers, hymns, christian songs... But if the latter is the case then I'd love to hear him sing You Were There by Avalon: http://youtube.com/watch?v=nutVz94Uhcs  I don't listen to a lot of contemporary Christian music really but I really love that song. A Natalie Grant cover, in particular Held  ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=iOufqWodFNo ), would also be an interesting song choice..

and, edited to add... I second the idea of a duet with Sylvie Lewis! 

I heard he was doing an album of hymns next ? I do hope (and beg, if you are reading Aled) that
